They will be responsible for leading a talented kitchen team with clear communication and high standards, designing and executing seasonal menus that reflect our Greek-inspired ethos and coastal setting, managing food and labour costs with a focus on sustainability and profitability, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborating with front-of-house for seamless service and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen leadership role, experience in high-achieving venues, proven ability to lead, train, and retain high-performing teams, strong creative and technical skill in seasonal menu development, solid understanding of kitchen financials and operational efficiency, calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality.
