Nova Auto is looking for a high volume sales superstar. Our showroom is 35mins north of the Gateway Bridge and literally sits on exit152 off the Bruce Highway. The brand offers entry‑level vehicles all the way through to premium luxury electric and hybrid models, all of them covered by comprehensive warranties, roadside assist and fixed price servicing. The dealership regularly delivers over 40 vehicles a month and this position will join us as we look to complete our NEW REBUILD, you can sell and deliver 25 to 30 each month if you're good enough, in a heavily autonomous environment – so your sales experience and talent will count
Car Sales Responsibilities
* Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
* Cultivate buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade‑ins or upgrades.
* Turn customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
* Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
* Demonstrate vehicle features and take customers on test drives.
* Demonstrate automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
* Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
* Provide sales management information by completing reports.
* Control the setup of the showroom and point‑of‑sale displays.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
* Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Work Hours and Benefits
The dealership offers a 5‑day week, this position must work Saturdays so a scheduled RDO will be given for each full week worked. A drive car can be provided upon negotiation and with retainer and commission, the successful candidate should earn 100,000+ whilst being supported by a very proactive management team, high quality workshop, and sensational culture throughout.
