About The Role
This is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in digital marketing! We're looking for an energetic and organised Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This entry‐level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a passion for marketing who is eager to learn and grow with a local business. You will be the driving force behind our marketing schedule, taking charge of planning and executing our social media and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, plan, and schedule our social media content calendar across key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to engage our community.
* Take ownership of our email marketing: plan engaging campaigns, write friendly and compelling copy, build emails, and manage customer segments.
* Track and analyse the performance of social media and email marketing efforts, providing reports on key metrics and return on investment.
* Use campaign data and insights to help shape and revise future marketing plans.
* Write clear and engaging copy for social media and emails that reflects our friendly and helpful brand voice.
* Collaborate with our Content Creator and Graphic Designer (Jade) to ensure all marketing activities are aligned and on‐brand.
About You
* A genuine passion for digital marketing and social media, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
* Highly organised with excellent planning and time‐management abilities.
* Strong written communication skills and a knack for writing fun, engaging copy.
* A data‐curious mindset; you're interested in understanding what makes a campaign successful.
* Self‐motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively within a small team.
* Based locally and able to work on‐site in Bennett's Green, NSW, during our standard business hours (Mon‐Fri).
Bonus Points (Not essential, but great to have!)
* Familiarity with an email marketing platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
* Experience using Canva or social media scheduling tools.
* A basic understanding of marketing analytics.
