The Role
* Provide front-of-house and general office support
* Manage reception, meeting rooms and client enquiries
* Assist senior leaders with events, catering and scheduling
* Support internal teams with logistics and coordination
* Work closely with facilities to ensure smooth daily operations

* Highly proactive, confident and positive.
* Eager and ambitious to grow with a global organisation.
* Thrives in a fast paced environment and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Happy to be in their beautiful offices 5 days per week.
