Job Title: Customer Service Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide leadership and direction to the customer service staff, ensuring that they deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
* To support the enrolment of children into our swimming and water safety programs.
* To ensure that customer service staff are well-informed and have a sound knowledge of our services and programs.
* To conduct daily cash handling records using point of sale systems accurately and efficiently.
* To respond to community requests for bookings.
* To implement processes for the success of our Learn to Swim Program.
* To ensure that staff and patrons understand requirements relating to aquatic supervision.
* To conduct safe and efficient operations of the areas of responsibility within legislative guidelines.
* To meet all reporting requirements.
* To maintain attention to detail in all administration tasks.
About You:
* Cash Handling and Customer Service experience.
* Possession of current Level 1 Senior First Aid.
* Possession of current CPR.
* Possession of current Working with Children Check.
* Possession of current Victorian Police Check.
