About the role
Based in Melbourne and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a pivotal role where you'll own and execute TBN's eCommerce growth strategy.
We're seeking someone who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves - from shaping the long-term roadmap for online sales to implementing campaigns and optimisations day to day. The right person will bring both vision and executional drive, with the ambition and capability to scale our online business swiftly across multiple brands and markets.
What you'll do
* Develop and lead the eCommerce growth strategy across AU and international websites.
* Drive customer acquisition and retention through SEO, SEM, paid social, CRM, and EDMs.
* Manage website content, merchandising, and promotions to maximise conversion.
* Use analytics to optimise campaigns and onsite experience, identifying new opportunities.
* Deliver insights on consumer behaviour and market trends to inform broader strategy.
* Implement CRM campaigns to increase lifetime value and customer loyalty.
* Champion a premium online brand experience, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
About you
* 7+ years' experience in Digital Marketing & eCommerce, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
* Hands-on technical capability with Shopify and strong understanding of eCommerce platforms.
* Proven success in SEO, SEM, and CRM campaign management.
* Data-led mindset, confident in using Google Analytics and ad platforms.
* Organised, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
