About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a consistently high quality product to all of our customers and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use initiative & work effectively in a busy team environment
* Creating & executing new menu items & daily specials.
* Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
* Maintain food costings and inventory.
* Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
* Adhere to WH&S standards and procedures
* Comply with Haus internal policies & procedures
To be successful for this role, it is essential that you have:
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

These positions involves day/night shifts as well as public holiday and weekend shifts.
