A leading top tier agency is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to manage a key shopping centre hub in Western Australia.
You will use your commercial experience to meet the financial and performance targets of the retail assets you manage. You will take on responsibility for liaising with all stakeholders to provide and present a first-class management service. This position will be an integral part in maximising revenue and capital value of assets.
Other responsibilities will include the review and execution of lease renewals, annual rent reviews, tenant retention strategies, financial management including budgeting & forecasts and training and developing the on-site team.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- 5 years + experience managing a retail/commercial portfolio or single asset.
- Exceptional understanding of the Retail Tenancy Act
- A high level of numeracy/financial skills
- Tertiary education in a finance or property related field is desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong leader and solution-orientated approach
