Based in South Fremantle - BAFC Settlements is a boutique settlement agency. We have specialized in Property settlements since 2000.
We are looking for a conveyancer/settlement agent. No License needed.
Skills and Experience:
* Prefer 4 years experience in full conveyancing matters from start to finish.
* Able to use Settlements Plus, PEXA, ROL and email and word computing systems
* Working autonomously, but have full support from admin staff.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills.
* A great happy attitude
* Takes pride in their work
* Works as part of a team
* Working in a fun office who respect one another and able to have fun.
* Ability to Build good relationships
We can train you in the skills but we will not train your attitude - so you need to have the right attitude to fit into our happy culture. We work as a team and support one another.
*****You will have a full time PA from start to finish.
