CPC Engineering is seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Painter Blaster to join our Great Southern team for ongoing projects based in Albany and Esperance .
We are preferably seeking candidates who are residential to Albany or Esperance; however relocation options may be considered for the right applicant.
About the Role
As an Industrial Painter Blaster, you will play a key role in the delivery of painting and blasting works for a large local project on the Port. You will be hands on with projects and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Must be conversant with 2-pack epoxy paints
* Marine, Berth or Port Painting Blasting experience highly desirable
* Experience in the operation of conventional and airless spray equipment
* Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding duties
* Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor
About You
* Previous experience in painting/blasting supervision within marine, engineering, maintenance, or related industries
* Holding a current MSIC card is highly desirable
* You will have Painting Qualifications, EWP (HRWL) and Forklift ticket
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and CPC's Zero Injury philosophy
