Administrative Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About the Role
* Manage office amenities and functions to ensure they operate efficiently and meet requirements.
* Assist the HR team with onboarding new employees and other duties as required.
* Coordinate training for office staff.
* Work with the bidding manager to assist with preparation of bids and formatting documents.
* Procure office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
* Maintain office facilities and equipment.
* Manage office finances, including budgeting, payment of expenses, invoicing, and reimbursements.
* Manage databases and other various systems.
* Ensure office facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
* Manage diaries and arrange meetings.
* Book transport and accommodation.
