This role is vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our production mining equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency across site operations.Location: Upper Cane and Cardo Bore East ROM Pads – Kens BoreRoster: 2:1 for WA based OR 4:2 for eastern state applicants – Day shift, night shiftFlights Covered From: Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment
Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors
Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs
Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop process
Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements
Work closely with site leadership to meet KPI's
About You
Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine site
Must have Schedule 26 (Statutory Supervisor Course)
Strong understanding of mobile plant and haulage maintenance and planning
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement
