You will join a highly skilled, supportive multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in neonatal care, education and continuous improvement, within a service that values innovation, collaboration and staff wellbeing.The Neonatal Clinical Nurse Consultant plays a pivotal leadership role within the unit, influencing best practice, mentoring staff and driving high-quality outcomes for babies and their families.* Provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, family-centred neonatal care across the service.* Assessment, coordination and evaluation of complex neonatal care, including clinical problem solving, quality improvement initiatives and support of advanced clinical practice.* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide a responsive, flexible service, contributing to education, research, policy development and service improvement within the Neonatal Unit.**What you'll bring**You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
