Role & Responsibilities:
As a Dispense Technician, you will work under the supervision of pharmacists to:
Accurately and efficiently assemble medicines for prescriptions.
Supply medicines to customers, both on prescription and over the counter.
Provide essential information to customers and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure the safe and compliant handling of medications.
Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain an S2/S3 Certificate and/or a Certificate II, III, or IV in Pharmacy OR completion of short or long dispensary courses.
Must be able to type quickly and accurately to be proficient as a Dispense Technician.
Previous pharmacy or retail experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
