Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide a local customer-owned banking experience to new and existing customers, with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
* To proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills, ensuring that customers receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
* To manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and aspirations.

Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
* Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment, adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Banking or financial services experience is desirable but not essential; what matters most is a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
