The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a retail store, overseeing sales targets, customer experience, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
 * Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
 * Lead and coach a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of teamwork
 * Collaborate with the VM team to create visually appealing displays and promotions
 * Maintain high standards of store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:

 * Previous management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
