* Administer Xero, Cin7, Salesforce, Employment Hero, Starshipit, and 3CX.
* Monitor integrations, middleware, and data warehouse flows.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with vendors and users.
* Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
* Support testing, UAT, and implementation of system upgrades.
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
* Manage the company IT service provider for MS365 and hardware.
Key Qualifications
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
* Previous experience in systems administration or support.
* Strong experience with Xero, Cin7, and Salesforce.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, middleware, and reporting tools (Power BI).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
