Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Perth Metro and surrounding areas.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled physiotherapist to work with older people and help them maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
About the Role
* Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.
* Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary team as part of our Well-Living approach.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored programs for optimal outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and support.
* Develop and implement individualised plans to promote client independence, mobility, and confidence.
Requirements:
* Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
* Postgraduate experience working in aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Current first aid certificate and unrestricted driver's licence.
