As a Lead Pool Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pool maintenance, repair and water chemistry management.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and installations of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters and automation systems.
* Maintain accurate pool chemistry by testing, balancing and making chemical adjustments.
* Lead, train and manage a team of 4-5 pool technicians.
* Develop and manage daily service routes to ensure efficiency.
* Maintain detailed service records and inventory.
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years experience in pool maintenance is required.
* Certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent is beneficial.
* Proven supervisory or leadership experience is essential.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also necessary.
