The ICT Support Team provides technical assistance to users across the organization. This team offers expert guidance and support in managing service requests, incidents, and ICT assets.
As a Senior EUC Support Officer, you will work closely with the EUC team leader to deliver responsive, reliable, and respectful ICT support and services. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a geographically dispersed team of Service Desk Analysts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical guidance to the Service Desk and ensuring effective resolution of ICT-related issues
* Mentoring and providing guidance to Service Desk Analysts
Requirements:
Qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience is essential. Working knowledge of application packaging in SCCM and/or MS Intune is also required.
Eligibility and conditions:
* Character clearance (police records check) is mandatory
* Health clearance is necessary
* A six-month probationary period applies to new engagements
* Security Clearance: Baseline
Additional requirements:
* Suitable candidates must be willing to undertake some interstate travel, including overnight absences
* Management of the after-hours on-call roster may be required in certain circumstances
