They are seeking an experienced Agronomist to expand their operations across the region.

The role of Sales Agronomist involves promoting and recommending products and services by providing on-farm agronomic advice related to horticultural vegetable and irrigated cropping for key accounts.
Responsibilities include:
* Proactively marketing the company's products and services by calling on targeted customers to discuss their requirements and assist in planning customer farm inputs.
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with current and future customers, vendor companies, and their representatives.
* Providing analytical services including soil and plant tissue tests, and crop checking.
* Staying up-to-date on agronomic products, trends, and services.
* Relaying competitive sales, pricing, and marketing information to management.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
* Agsafe Accreditation (highly desirable).
* Established sales agronomy experience ideally within the WA region.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to seek sales opportunities.
* A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
* High-level reasoning, problem-solving, and planning skills.
