Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Lead workshops and provide expert guidance in a quick‑paced, agile environment.
- Act as Scrum Master, driving timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Deliver high‑quality reports, briefings, and documentation to support executive decision‑making.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance user experience.
- Contribute to change management activities and communication strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a business analyst in multiple agile software development projects.
- Scrum Master experience in time‑bound, complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Whiteboard, Teams, Lists, Copilot.
- Business process mapping skills (Microsoft Visio or similar) and user‑centred design experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high‑quality outputs.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with grant management systems.
- Understanding of DTA service design and ITIL delivery standards.
- DevOps exposure in agile projects.
- Program or project management experience.
Desirable
- Change management experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools to boost efficiency and outputs.
