About the Role

The NDIS Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving independence for participants. By overseeing service delivery, engaging with participants and providers, this individual fosters a culture of inclusivity that promotes empowerment.

* Oversee service delivery to ensure high-quality support for NDIS participants is consistently provided.
* Engage with participants and providers to develop strong relationships and encourage independence, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.

1. A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field;

2. Solid understanding of the NDIS scheme;

3. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;

4. Broad knowledge of community resources and services available to people living with disability;
