* Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and revenue growth strategies to ensure the club's continued long-term sustainability.
* Asset Maintenance: Lead the development, review, and implementation of risk management frameworks in line with all club policies and procedures.
* Member Engagement: Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive culture and maintain high levels of satisfaction across a diverse membership base, and driving new member campaigns to ensure membership growth.
* Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of professional excellence and safety.
* Compliance & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with the Department of Transport, local authorities and sponsors, ensuring all maritime and liquor licensing regulations are met, whilst complying with the HYC Constitution and Bylaws.

* Exceptional Communication: The ability to engage authentically with everyone from staff, members, stakeholders and the Management Committee.
* Adaptability: Comfortable managing the unique \"peaks and troughs\" of a seasonal waterfront business.
* Maritime Interest: While not mandatory, an understanding of yacht club culture or marina operations is highly regarded.
* Iconic Location: Work in one of WA's most beautiful coastal settings.
* Autonomy & Impact: The opportunity to shape the future of a well-established institution.
* Competitive Package: A salary package reflective of the seniority of the role, including performance incentives.
