This temporary role is available until June 2027 – Full-time at 35 hours per week plus FlexTime.

Responsibilities
* Lead a team responsible for developing evidence-based regulatory and other policy proposals to address issues affecting NRAR's ability to be an effective regulator.
* Engage with the Water Group on new policy and legislative proposals to advocate for strategic interests.
* Ensure seamless integration of strategic regulatory and operational policy through close collaboration with other policy managers.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in compliance and regulatory policy operations.
* Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to advocate for organizational interests.
* Reputation for providing accurate policy advice and recommendations on complex issues within short time frames.
* Current NSW Driver Licence and ability to travel throughout the state.
