We design, build, and sell a wide range of hybrid campers and caravans, with customers across Australia.
As our Pakenham showroom continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and support both showroom and event-based sales.

About the Role
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on customer engagement, deal conversion, and delivery.
You will manage customer enquiries from multiple channels, including phone calls, walk-in showroom visits, caravan shows, referrals, and online enquiries. Our CRM system is used as a support tool to record interactions and manage follow-ups.
The role involves guiding customers through the entire sales process — from first contact and product presentation, through closing the sale, arranging orders, coordinating with the workshop, and completing vehicle handover. You will also assist with basic after-sales support and represent the business at caravan shows.
Interstate travel and weekend work are required from time to time, with shows typically occurring around once per month.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, showroom visits, referrals, and caravan shows
* Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
* Present caravans and campers and confidently close sales
* Use the CRM system to manage leads and follow-ups
* Prepare sales documents, contracts, and order paperwork accurately
* Arrange customer orders and liaise with internal teams
* Communicate with the workshop regarding build progress and delivery status
* Coordinate handover appointments and conduct vehicle handovers
* Assist with basic after-sales and customer support enquiries
* Create simple photo or video content for social media and showroom use
* Attend local and interstate caravan shows, including weekend work
* Assist with basic display setup and pack-down at shows

About You
* Proven sales experience and confidence in closing deals
* Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Comfortable making and receiving sales calls
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using computers, CRM systems, and sales documentation
* Customer-focused with a professional and friendly manner
* Able to manage multiple tasks and customers effectively
* Physically fit and able to assist with basic display setup
* Full driver's licence
* Available to work weekends and travel interstate approximately once per month
Experience in the caravan or RV industry is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
