The Role:
Team Leader Parks Maintenance
This position is responsible for the daily coordination of a small work team that undertakes the maintenance and development of parks, gardens, reserves and other horticultural assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and programme works and organise the necessary resources to undertake programmed and reactive park maintenance duties,
2. Liaise with colleagues on quality matters associated with current and future improvement to operational procedures,,

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or related field along with experience in implementing parks management programs complemented by demonstrated ability to work well within teams.
