Due to ongoing growth, the business is expanding its commercial team and is now seeking two Business Development Associates to help drive further expansion.ResponsibilitiesEngaging with clients to interpret RFQs, understand project requirements and scopeDeveloping comprehensive budgets, quotes and proposals for clinical trial servicesDrafting commercial agreements, change orders, CDAs, and managing internal approvalsLiaising with internal stakeholders (operations, quality, logistics, projects) to ensure accuracy of costing and project parametersManaging the handover from sales to project teams as contracts are finalisedMaintaining and progressing pipeline activity within CRM systemsRepresenting the organisation at scientific or industry conferences when requiredContributing to process improvements in the business development cycleWhat We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field (a higher degree is a plus)1-3 years of experience in budget or proposal preparation, ideally within a regulated or scientific environmentKnowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detailComfort with Microsoft Excel, Word and general commercial toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholdersA proactive, client-oriented mindsetWhat You'll GetOpportunity to work at the intersection of biotech / clinical trials — a highly technical and evolving fieldExposure to global clients and cutting-edge projectsA collaborative, science-driven environmentRoom to grow and influence business strategyApply Now – Click the link to submit your application or contact Todd Elliott on 03 9535 2111 for a confidential discussion.
