Responsibilities
* Installing, maintaining and repairing electronic equipment and systems such as audio and visual reproduction equipment, home entertainment systems, computers and electronic security systems.
* Examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose faults.
* Working with the engineering team to implement recent designs into the system.
* Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining machines, equipment and instruments.
* Reassembling, testing, operating and adjusting equipment.
* Inspecting products for conformity and quality in line with established standards.
* Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions.
* Receiving messages by interpreting code and converting to plain language, and writing and typing messages for transmission.
* Installing electronic instruments and control systems.
Qualifications
* Trade qualification.
* At least 4 years of comprehensive experience in the same field.
* Ability to read schematic drawings.
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Solid diagnostic abilities.
* Self‐motivated, organised, punctual and reliable.
* Must have great work ethics.
Salary: Between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum + Super
