What We Ask You To Bring To The Role
* Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years).
* Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs.
* A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* An abundance of energy, positivity, and the ability to build great team dynamics.
* Experience in recruitment and developing your team.
* The ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
