Overview
Client/ Project Context: Our client is currently midway through an SAP S/4HANA implementation and is seeking a strong Business Analyst to support end-user knowledge transfer, training, testing, and cutover activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain hands-on S/4HANA experience or to build on their recent implementation experience.
Major Responsibilities Business Process
* Liaise with key users to validate requirements and optimise business processes.
* Apply analytical skills to identify areas for modification and improvement of business performance for pipeline opportunities.
* Document business processes and model system solutions at a business unit level.
* Maintain business process and data models.
* Create and maintain documentation, following leading practice, to communicate business, system and solution requirements and other key information to the business stakeholders and project team
Stakeholder Engagement
* Understand the businesses and develop relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering
* Actively participate in focus groups, workshops and other forums
* Create and maintain end user documentation, to support knowledge transfer of business processes, system design and solution and other key information to the business stakeholders and project team
* Participate in the delivery of end user training
Delivery
* Assist business resources in the implementation of process and system functionality
* Assist in the preparation activities for system implementation and change management.
* Support workplans and report progress against development milestones
* Support the development of system testing.
* Participate in system testing.
* Identify project-related issues and risks and escalate appropriately.
* Conduct ad-hoc projects as directed by line manager.
* Adhere to project management policies and procedures.
Team
* Share knowledge and expertise with team members and colleagues.
* Actively participate in communication and engagement within the ERP team and the broader businesses.
Occupational Safety and Health
* Ensure a safe workplace for all staff and customers in accordance with the Operations Management System by
* reporting all risks / hazards / incidents / near misses and accidents
* removing or modifying any unsafe processes or systems

Casual Loading: Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
