Are you an experienced pool Tech and eager to join a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service? We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team at Specialised Pool Repairs Pty Ltd. This full-time role is based in Welshpool, WA 6106.
What you'll be doing
* Perform pool start ups, including chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections
* Diagnose and address any mechanical or equipment issues, providing expert troubleshooting and repairs
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Install new pool equipment on pools we build and renovate
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Swimming Pool Service Technician or similar role
* Strong technical knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and pool maintenance
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
* Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to work independently at various client sites
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in pool maintenance or a related field would be highly advantageous
