Role Overview
This permanent part-time position involves providing high-quality care to young people and their families to ensure evidence-based interventions and optimal health outcomes.
The successful applicant will conduct assessments, deliver outreach services and contribute to youth-focused health education programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and provide individualised support for young people with substance misuse issues.
* Collaborate with the Youth Team to provide high-quality care in line with ISLHD guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Current registration with AHPRA or a Social Work degree with eligibility for Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* Vaccination requirements for Category A role (as applicable).
