Our cafe is one of the largest cafes in Port Macquarie, seating over 130. We are located in the beautiful surrounds of Sea Acres Rainforest with two decks for our customers to sit back and relax under the canopy of the trees.

Qualifications & experience
* Previous hospitality/kitchen experience would be great however not essential. A keen interest in cooking is however essential with a strong desire to learn.
* Must be punctual, reliable and well presented
* License and reliable transport
Tasks & responsibilities
* Setting up the kitchen for service each morning and packing down the kitchen at the end of the day
* Maintaining cleanliness and keeping track of stock quality
* Receiving, packing away and checking all orders against invoices
* Adhering to OHS
* Assisting to prepare and plate meals during service
* Food preparation using knives, food processor and mixer.
* General day to day operation of a busy kitchen
* Kitchen cleaning such as dish washing, equipment cleaning, sanitation, rubbish removal and cleaning floors
* Attend TAFE once a week (paid) to complete required studies for Cert III commercial cookery
