Responsibilities
* Supervising and directing a team of security officers to maintain a secure environment
* Coordinating and monitoring security operations, including access control, patrols, and incident response
* Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on security activities
* Providing training and support to security officers to enhance their skills and performance
* Liaising with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders as required
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a security supervisory role
* Current NSW Class 1A Security Guard license and First Aid certification
* Solid leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Familiarity with security systems and technologies
* Understanding of security risk assessment and mitigation strategies
