About The Role
Are you a natural organiser with a passion for people and process? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail‑driven Process Management to join our team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract role. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in process coordination and governance, supporting the delivery of high‑quality services to one of our key customers in Perth. You’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure everything is on track, on time, and on point.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating, maintaining, and updating key administrative documents and project artefacts
- Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting general account activities
- Processing devices, updating tickets, and assisting with service management workflows
- Assisting with service reports – interpreting data and presenting insights to Coordinators and Managers
- Supporting quality checks and audits of service partners to maintain high standards
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and documentation
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- A customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A collaborative approach – you're a team player who thrives in a quick‑paced environment
- Confidence working with data, reports, and digital tools to support project delivery
- A commitment to compliance and quality, including the ability to pass a National Police Check

Employment Condition
Fixed‑term contract till 15 May 2026. Australian citizenship and government security clearance required. This role suits someone with an interest in Process Management and seeking to gain more experience in this space.
