Your Mates have created a community of beer & food lovers and they are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at our new and exciting venue Crackerjack.
The Venue
Situated in the Noosa Hinterland, Crackerjack is definitely not your ordinary bowls club - we're turning the traditional bowlsy on its head and giving it a shake up.
We are bringing a high level of food and beverage together with barefoot bowls, lawn games and frothy banter with your mates…all in a fun family-friendly atmosphere.
The venue operates 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, has around 180 seats and can hold upwards of 300 pax.

The role:
We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional that wants to sink their teeth into an exciting project with endless opportunities to develop personally and professionally.
This role has endless opportunity for the right person with scope to grow into a Restaurant Manager Role. A new business, in a new town where you can be a key part of the success of the venue. With the support of the team you will learn how to win, make mistakes and improve yourself.
What experience we are looking for….
* Previous management experience supervising and or managing busy restaurant.
* Lead, train, organise and develop your team.
* Sound knowledge of COSG & wages.
* Improve and maintain operations by implementing standard operating procedures and team accountability.
* Purchasing, stock security and inventory levels.
* Lead from the front driving culture, team development and operational success
* Event & or function management is a bonus
About you
* Is extremely motivated and has a passion for the hospitality industry
* Availability to work nights and weekends when required
* Is organised and has great attention to detail.
* Has outstanding communication and time management skills
* Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
* Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
* Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
* Has the technical skills to get the job done
