We are currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our team at Ranges Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery under the guidance of highly skilled, internationally experienced Chefs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Training and learning from a team of qualified, passionate Chefs
- Supporting production kitchens and developing skills across a wide range of culinary styles
- Working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification (Cert III Commercial Cookery)
- Enjoying competitive remuneration within a stable and growing organisation
- Working Monday to Friday, 11-hour days — no weekends!
Who We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for food and a robust interest in developing a culinary career
- Hospitality experience (ideally in a fast-paced or bulk food environment)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reliable, hardworking, resilient, and able to follow instructions
- Willingness to commit to study outside of work hours
- Local to Karratha or surrounding areas
- Full Australian working rights
Essential Requirements
- Must reside locally (Karratha or surrounds)
- Own transport and accommodation
- Certificate II in Hospitality (advantageous but not essential)
