**The Role**
- Provide excellent service to General Mills customers such as Coles, Woolworths and other independents as well as liaising with the logistics and transport partners on all orders, operating cross-functionally to deliver great results.
- Keep the teams updated on abilities to supply through regular reporting and troubleshooting supply issues where required.
- Partner with the wider business to support special projects such as new product launches or clearance activity.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience in SAP and MS Office including intermediate Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management skills that build & maintain productive internal and external relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
