Administration Officer
Western Australian Fabrication Pty Ltd is a progressing fabrication & engineering company located in Kwinana, specializing in structural steel framework for the modular building industry.
We are looking for an Administration Officer with sound office administration skills, as well as some purchasing and accounts processing experience.
About the Role:
* Full range of administration activities as required
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, authorities etc.
* Data entry and MYOB input
* Purchasing including quote requests, ordering materials, supplies and transport
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets
* Dealing with Creditor (AP) queries
* Entering timesheet data and preparing payroll documentation
* Assisting in implementing and managing systems and process documentation
* Providing administration support to Managing Director
* Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
* Attending to incoming emails and phone calls, greeting visitors in a professional manner
About You:
* Experience in a similar role
* Intermediate MYOB skills
* Intermediate computer and data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams
* Purchasing experience
* Understanding of basic accounting concepts such as Sales, Purchases, and Payroll processes
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Professional and positive "can-do" attitude
* Must be available to work from Monday to Friday, 30 to 38 hours per week
