The security team in this locationplayan important rolein ensuring that the clients data integrity is alwaysmaintained.As the first point of contactforvisitorsand contractors enteringtheselocationsyou will setthe tone;deliveringaprofessionaland welcoming experience whilstupholdingstrictsecurity protocols.

Key responsibilities
* screeningvisitors&equipmentto and from the secure area.
* provision of exemplarycustomerservice, with some administrative tasks.
* ensuringadherencetoallsite security procedures,policiesand access control requirements
* identifyingand preventing prohibited items from being introduced to or removed from secure areas
* issuing,monitoringand auditing visitor and contractor security passes in line with site protocols
* raising,updatingand managing access requests using client security systems and software
* completing regular patrols of assigned areas and reporting hazards or incidents to the regional control room
* responding to, escalating and documenting incidents with clear,accuratewritten reports and daily activity logs
* communicating effectively via two-way radio and following command-and-control procedures
* maintaining a strong safety-first mindset and leading by example in compliance and professionalism
About You
* Must haveSecurity Licence,Classification 1A(Unarmed Guarding)& 1E(Monitoring Centre Operator)
* Valid First Aid Certificate(3yearsvalidity)with current CPRCertificate(1 year validity)
* Ability to clear an Australian Police Check
* Lead by example – support a safety and compliance culture
* Excellent communicationandcustomer serviceskills
* Conflict resolution and negation skillsrequired
* Strong multi-tasking abilities
* Intermediate PC skills (MS Suite)
* Report writing and Site patrol duties
* Excellent observational skills
* Experience communicating via two-way radio
