Job Description Support and develop the local teams on how to search out new opportunities, make the sale & close the deal through roll out of developed teach points
Work with and involve the local sales teams to create improved robust internal external and external partnerships, supporting development and rollout of the turbomachinery strategy
Support on problem solving activities utilising the right teams and people within the organisation with improved management / coordination on critical projects
Manage and execute turbomachinery retrofit projects within the scheduled / required timeframe and budget, including supporting on the methane emissions project by implementation through a focused and robust strategy
Develop an understanding of competitor activity, focusing on their strengths, weaknesses, the threat to John Crane plus the opportunities for John Crane
Share and communicate to the team the latest news and developments relevant to the turbomachinery business
Improve business / customer relationships by focusing on partnerships, frame agreements, long term development and growth via regional sales teams and global
