Job Title: Administrative Clinical Support Officer (Level 3)
The position of Administrative Clinical Support Officer (ACSO) is a vital role in supporting the daily operations of wards and units within Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This ACSO will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate administrative services that assist the healthcare team in providing quality patient care.
* Assist NUMs with rostering, payroll, recruitment and reporting.
* Support patient care through accurate data entry and reporting as well as managing ward stock, equipment and maintenance coordination for the ward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely and accurate administrative services to support patient care.
* Assist NUMs with various tasks including rostering, payroll, recruitment and reporting.
* Manage ward stock, equipment and maintenance coordination to ensure efficient operation of the ward.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Holds or willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* Capacity to work under broad supervision, working independently to undertake a diverse range of tasks.
* Computer literacy with advanced knowledge and practical skills with computer and internet-based software, with high level of accuracy in word processing, data entry, and minute taking skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
