Randstad are seeking dedicatedData Entry Officersfor short-term contracts within various State Government departments.
This will require high attention to details, flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
$37.63 per hour + Superannuation
Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
Short term contracts with immediate commencement
The Role
You\'ll be responsible for performinghigh-volume data entry taskswith accuracy and speed.
Your key duties will include:
Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Managing and updating database records to ensure data integrity.
Maintaining and correcting errors within company data management systems and Excel spreadsheets.
About You
Proven previous experience in high-volume data entry is essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in data management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Must hold a Police Clearance within 12 months
