**The Role**
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this position will:
- Allocate workflow
- Monitoring and reporting of Service Standards
- Process and checking of New Members
- Process and check Benefit Payments
- Administration and checking of Insurance Cover
- Responding to any written or verbal enquiries from Members, Employers, advisers, or other authorised parties
**About You**
- Background in Financial Services, particularly Superannuation HIGHLY REGARDED.
- Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of superannuation industry and legislation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to plan and organise work for yourself and others to meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact and operate as part of a team and to provide direction to that team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to complete the necessary tasks on time with high degree of accuracy.
