Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage construction schedule and daily work sequencing.
* Lead on‐site construction activities.
* Oversee contractors and subcontractors, performance management.
* Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to maintain construction schedule.
* Lead HSE compliance across all camp construction activities.
* Monitor construction progress, identify risks and implement strategies to maintain project delivery.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement and project teams.
* Maintain robust stakeholder engagement, including client, operations and site‐based teams.
Key Skills & Experience
* Relevant trade or tertiary qualification (Section 26).
* Strong underground mining project experience.
* Technical understanding across civil, structural, mechanical services and electrical utilities.
* Experience supervising large, multi‐contractor workforces (200+ personnel).
* Understanding of budget control, progress tracking, variations and productivity monitoring.
* Highly effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
