About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer accounts across multiple lines of business.
Main responsibilities include:
* Timely follow-up of overdue invoices to ensure prompt payment
* Investigation and resolution of customer billing disputes and enquiries in a professional manner
* Credit reviews of customers to assess creditworthiness
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have experience in managing complex commercial billing disputes with corporate clients.
You should possess a customer service mindset, ability to articulate complex issues verbally and in writing, and experience using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
