About The Opportunity
The Transmission Operations, Facilities Field Maintenance Team has an opportunity for an Electrical & Instrumentation (EL&I) Field Maintenance Officer to join the team.
The position is primarily based at our Jandakot Facility working Monday to Friday, with occasional intrastate and interstate travel required.
The Field Maintenance Officer (EL&I) works independently, and in team environments maintaining AGIG assets on the gas meter stations and mainline valves.
Equipment maintenance includes, but is not limited to, gas & electric heaters, pneumatic & digital pressure control, gas metering, instrumentation (pressure, temperature & flow), gas odorant injection and control valves, ensuring the timely completion of all planned and corrective maintenance activities and responding to incidents and emergencies as required.

You will need to work safely, effectively and efficiently, while using the resources to provide prompt response to emergency and maintenance requirements, ensuring all maintenance work is consistent with procedures and following the maintenance prescription as outlined by the computerised maintenance management system and asset management plans.
About You
WA Electrical Licence A Grade
Post trade experience
Cert IV/Cert III Instrumentation with exposure to field pneumatic and digital pressure control, instrument calibration and gas quality and measurement systems
Read and understand Technical Documents including P&ID's and Electrical Schematics
Current and valid manual drivers licence
Experience and understanding of hazardous areas and their classifications; highly regarded
Understanding of pressure control systems, regulators, gas measurement equipment operation including maintenance requirements.
Knowledge in mechanical maintenance: isolation and control valves; highly regarded
