Qualifications & experience
* A mature person looking for a change of employment.
* The successful applicant will need to be, compassionate, caring and able to work in a small team environment. A current Victorian Drivers Licence and full Covid 19 and Influenza vaccination certificate are necessary.
* Must be comfortable entering mortuaries, nursing homes and private homes to transfer deceased persons.
* Safe driving skills are essential.
* Good physical capabilities are necessary as there is manual handling required.
* Well presented at all times.
* Good communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
* The careful and respectful transfer of deceased persons from their location to their chosen funeral parlour.
* Compassionate and empathetic interaction with deceased family when they are present.
* The accurate completion of paperwork required by the funeral parlours.
* Maintain the cleanliness of Company Vehicles.
* Respectful and safe driving at all times.
* Good time management
* Respectful interactions with other team members.
