The Chief Engineer role within Technology Operations is accountable for all aspects of Business Village Technology, including strategy, business engagement, discovery, risk, finance, and innovation. This specific position focuses on the new Appian application portfolio Appian being WBC’s strategic workflow platform operating as a PaaS and will also encompass all workflow-related responsibilities, including those associated with legacy systems. What do I need? Experience with workflow technologies, particularly Appian. Proven capability in leading system integration design and engineering across enterprise applications and integrations. Work on Platform Road maps and contribute to product road maps in partnership with business stake holders and architecture team Extensive experience in people leadership, with a strong capability to inspire, mentor, and cultivate team Experience within the financial services industry is a must. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a consistent ability to deliver clear updates and concise summaries. Why join us?
